Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 17, by inserting after "full rink season;" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be granted to the City of Brockton's Parks Commission for playground equipment and shade structure at Danny Goodwin Park”.
