Amendment #95 to H4000

Billerica Council on Aging capital improvements

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by adding the following “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Billerica Council on Aging for capital improvements”. The Billerica COA is in dire need for several capital improvements including furniture replacement, kitchen improvement, and building accessibility improvements.
