New North Citizens Council Police, Community C3, E3 Management

Mr. González of Springfield Mr. Gonzalez of Springfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2, item 8000-0110, by adding at the end thereof the following, "provided further that no less than $100,000 shall be expended to the City of Springfield C3 and E3 police management in low income and downtown neighborhoods to administrate community involvement," and striking out "$2,196,381" and inserting "$2,296,381."
