Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 50, by inserting after the word "partnerships " the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the “I Have A Future” youth program in the Massachusetts Communities Action Network.
