Amendment #962 to H4000

Town of Princeton PFAS Remediation

Ms. Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill in section 2 by adding the following item:-

“XXXX-XXXX For the creation of a fund to be administered by the Town of Princeton for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) and to cover the costs of testing and remediation on properties that would otherwise not qualify for funding under the Department of Environmental Protection’s PFAS programs. Provided further, that funds may also be used to identify the number of households that receive drinking water from a private well and may require testing………………………………………………………………………$200,000
