Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0110, by inserting after “services;” the following: “; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Lynn Community Health Center for the operation of the Recuperative Care Center ”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$3,102,547” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$3,202,547”
