Weed Mitigation Winning Pond Billerica

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0100 by adding the following:- "and provide further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the maintenance and enhancement of Winning Pond in the Town of Billerica."
