Amendment #98 to H4000

Signalized lights Mann Lot Road and Route 3A Intersection Town of Scituate

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 1595-6379 the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx that notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, not less than $1,000,000 be expended for the construction of a traffic signal at the intersection of Route 3A and Mann Lot Road in the Town of Scituate".
