Eliminate contaminated containerized hazardous materials at the Attleboro Dye Works Site

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2260-8870, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the town of Seekonk for funding to eliminate contaminated containerized hazardous materials at the lagoons at the Attleboro Dye Works Site”; and in said item by striking out the figures “14,789,058” and inserting in place thereof the figures “15,289,058”.
