Mr. Mahoney of Worcester “moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1410-0250, in line 4, by inserting after "2021" the following: "; and provided further, that not less than $850,000 shall be expended to Veterans Inc. in Worcester"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,567,655" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,779,908.”
