Public Health Protections of Staff

Ms. Garlick of Needham moves to amend the order by inserting after the word “further”, in line 68, the following words:-

Ordered, That, any Member who has not established that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the CDC or who has not requested and received a reasonable accommodation pursuant to the procedures prescribed by the House Working Group shall forfeit the use of personal and committee staff under the supervision of said Member until such time as the Member establishes that they are fully vaccinated or the Member has received a reasonable accommodation; provided, that personal staff of such a Member shall report to House Human Resources for reassignment and shall not contact the Member regarding official House business for the duration of their reassignment and committee staff shall continue to discharge their responsibilities as prescribed by the House Working Group;  and be it further
