Amendment #4 to H4121

Code of Ethics Violation

Mr. Wagner of Chicopee moves to amend the order after line 75, by inserting the following paragraph:

“Ordered, That, any Member, officer or employee who physically returns to work at the State House without establishing their full vaccination against COVID-19, as defined by the CDC, or without receiving an exemption or reasonable accommodation as provided herein, shall be in violation of the House Code of Ethics established by standing rule 16A; and be it further,”
