Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 1599-2031 in line 156 by inserting after the words “Laws” the following language: "provided further, that funds shall be expended for upgrades at research facilities at the University of Massachusetts that focus on statewide water testing and research, including long-term PFAS solutions.”
