Amendment #1019 to H4219

MBTA Essential Workers

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill in Section 68 (a), line 7 by inserting after the word “worker” the following: "provided further that MBTA employees who have been defined as ‘essential workers’ by the Commonwealth during the Governor's declared state of emergency shall receive not more than $2,000 for each eligible essential worker.”
