Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-2036, in line 217, by inserting after “emergency” the following; “provided further that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the City of Brockton for planning and capital improvement, and costs associated with the creation of a Youth and Community Center at 770 Crescent St Brockton”
