Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2A in item 1599-2026 by inserting after "populations" in line 89 the following:

"provided further, that no less than $10,000 shall be expended for South Boston en Accion on software and hardware to support outreach, engagement, and advocacy efforts for low-income households adversely impacted by the 2019 novel coronavirus"
