Amendment #1089 to H4219

MassHealth Accountable Care Organization

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 1599-2029, in line number 126, by inserting after the words "services" the following: “provided further, not less than $20,000,000 will be appropriated to a 501(c)(3) MassHealth Accountable Care Organization solely governed by Federally Qualified Health Centers to be expended for federally qualified health centers to support the current federally qualified community health centers project to update and improve electronic health record systems to be administered by the executive office of health and human services”.
