Upgrades for Low-Income Housing

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-2024, by adding the following:- “; provided further that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to assist the Wellesley Housing Authority to provide electrical upgrades and other necessary maintenance to properties that serve low-income residents”; and in said item by striking out the figures “150,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “150,500,000”.
