Amendment #129 to H4219

State Agency Reimbursement for COVID-19 Protocols

Mr. Coppinger of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2A by inserting the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx For a reserve for state agencies, specifically Massachusetts Department of Transportation, Massachusetts Bay Area Transportation and Massachusetts Port Authority, to reimburse construction companies for expenses incurred during the pandemic in order to comply with COVID-19 protocols……………………………………………………$10,000,000"
