Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in line-item 1599-2023, by inserting after the words “supportive housing project” the following, “provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Fair Housing Center, Inc. in the city of Holyoke to provide housing and eviction prevention services to those adversely impacted by the 2019 novel coronavirus pandemic” and by increasing the line-item to $150,250,000.
