Expanding Testing Opportunities for Optometrists Affected by COVID Shutdown

Representatives Durant of Spencer and McKenna of Webster move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX

Section 68C of Chapter 112 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words: "(A) be administered by the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists, Inc.; (B) be accredited by a college of optometry or medicine; and (C) meet the guidelines and requirements of the board of registration in optometry." and replace them with the words:- "(A) be accredited by a college of optometry or medicine; and (B) meet the guidelines and requirements of the board of registration in optometry."
