Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-3004, in line 326, by inserting after “findings” the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 be expended to the Boston Public School Department for the purpose of repairs to heating, cooling, air circulation and ventilation.
