Equitable COVID-19 Testing & Vaccine Distribution in Most Impacted Communities

Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, line 272, in item 1599-2038,  by inserting after the word "systems" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the Boston Public Health Commission for the purpose of expanding grassroots outreach, mobile vaccination, and booster vaccinations by the Black Boston COVID-19 Coalition in communities most impacted by COVID-19.
