Racial Equity and Justice Institute

Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-2037, in line 262, by inserting after “needs” the following: “provided further, not less than $100,000 be provided for the Racial Equity and Justice Institute at Bridgewater State University for the expansion of dissemination of handbooks, and expand programming to higher educational institutions in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts”.
