Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill In section 2A, in item 1599-3004, in line 3, by inserting after the word "students", “the following: "provided further that not less than $60,000 shall be expended for the further maintenance and upkeep of the Cobb-Astro Park at Barnstable High School.”
