Franklin Park Welcome Center

Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-2026, provided that not less than $9,750,000 shall be used for a challenge grant for the construction of the Welcome Center and African Coast Habitat Exhibit at entrance to the Franklin Park Zoo operated by the Commonwealth Zoological Corporation established in section 2 of chapter 92B of the General Laws.
