Springfield Police Headquarters

Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1599-2027, in line 112, by inserting after the word "capacity" the following:-

"; provided further, that $45,000,000 shall be expended for the purpose of designing, constructing, originally equipping, and furnishing a new police headquarters in the city of Springfield."
