Soccer field improvements at East Middle School

Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 1599-2030, by adding the following: “; provided that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the City of Brockton for irrigation, crowing, and grass improvements at the East Middle School soccer filed."
