Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 1599-2026, in line 94, by inserting after “funds”  the following: "provided further, that no less than $200,000 shall be expended to NAACP Boston Branch”; and in said item by striking out the figures “125,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “125,200,000”.
