EMS Communications Upgrade for Underrepresented Areas in Charlton

Representatives Durant of Spencer and Frost of Auburn move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2038, by adding at the end the following:- "; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to upgrade and expand coverage of EMS and public safety communication networks to include those areas not served by the current network;"
