BIPOC Employee Recruitment and Supports for JP Centre/South Main Streets

Ms. Elugardo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-3000, in line 292, by inserting after “businesses” the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to JP Centre/South Main Streets for supportive services to local small businesses in employee recruitment and training”.
