Strengthening Data Collection and Accountability for ARPA Funds

Ms. Elugardo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-3003, in line 293, by inserting after “track”  the following: “by zip code and in the aggregate”; and in said item in line 294, by inserting after “fund” the following: “by spending Category”; and in said item in line 296, by inserting after “number” the following: “and dollar amount”; and in said item in line 297, by inserting after “organizations” the following: “, as a percentage of total projects and dollars awarded by zip code and statewide, as a percentage of total applications from minority-owned businesses, disaggregated by Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and BIPOC women business owners”.
