Malden Housing Authority Rehabilitation

Representatives Ultrino of Malden, Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose and Donato of Medford move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2024, in line 83, by inserting after the word “hazards” the following: “provided  however that not less than $5,808,265 shall be expended to the Malden Housing Authority for costs associated with the Forestdale Elder/Disabled Development’s ModPhase initiative project in the city of Malden”
