Bellingham Climate Change Resiliency

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2031, by inserting at the end of said item the following: "; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for design fee construction of an 1896 culvert on Hartford Ave that will supply updated water retention increases from climate change and increase flow to the Charles River and Stallbrook River in the town of Bellingham"
