CWMP Wastewater Treatment Facility and Collection System in the Town of Sudbury

Mr. Gentile of Sudbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-2032, in line 180, by inserting after "prioritized" the following: " ; provided further, that not less than $20,000,000 shall be expended for the construction of the CWMP Wastewater Treatment Facility and Collection System to support removing failing and/or improperly operating septic systems to preserve public health, as well as environmental resources, specifically nutrient degradation of major drinking supplies in the Raymond Road and Hop Brook areas in the Town of Sudbury."
