Sole Community Provider and Community High Public Payer Hospitals

Ms. Peake of Provincetown moves to amend the bill in Section 67(e), by inserting at the end the following; “In determining the payment amount for eligible hospitals that are designated as both sole community providers and community high public payer hospitals, the Secretary shall review the grant application without the additional factor review under Section 67(f).”
