Mr. Ultrino of Malden moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2033, in line 185 by inserting after the word “laws” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the city of Malden for equipment upgrades for the advancement of online services of the Malden Public Library"
