Amendment #301 to H4219

Springfield Community Health

Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in sub-section (c) of Section 67 by inserting after the word “analysis” in line 682 the following:-

"; Provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for costs associated with the purchase of information technology, medical equipment, and interior building construction and furnishing of a community health center licensed under an academic medical center in the city of Springfield."

And by inserting in sub-section (c) of Section 67 after “104 CMR 27.” the following:-

“(iv) An academic medical center located in Hampden County.”
