Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill by adding the following words: - "Providing further, that not less than $4.0 million shall be expended to Springfield Technical Community College to aid in the replacement of HVAC equipment in Building 17, Putnam Hall, which addresses needed deferred maintenance in a STEM building that serves a number of important programs including Architecture/Building Technology, Optics/Photonics, Engineering Transfer, Physics and Civil Engineering Technology."
