Children's Vision Commission

Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXXX.   Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the special commission established in section 135 of chapter 47 of the acts of 2017 is hereby revived and continued to November 30, 2021. The special commission shall file its report and recommendations pursuant to said section 135 of said chapter 47 with the clerks of the house of representatives and senate, the house and senate chairs of the joint committee on health care financing, and the house and senate chairs of the joint committee on public health not later than November 30, 2021.
