Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in section 2A by inserting after item 1599-3002 the following “Provided further that not less than $50,000 be expended to Hebron Food Pantry for the purchased of a minivan to transport pantry food and necessities to shut-ins ";
