Raising Scituate reservoir to be drought resilient

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2032, in line 180, by inserting after "prioritized" the following: "; provided further that not less than $150,000 be expended to raise the Town of Scituate reservoir for the purpose of securing the water supply by increasing the reservoir's resiliency to drought"
