Mrs. Haddad of Somerset moves to amend the bill in section 2A, line item, 1599-2032 by inserting the following; provided further that no less than "100,00" shall be expended for the Dighton Water District for the Brook Street well and by striking out the figure "100,000,000" and inserting "100,100,000"
