Amendment #494 to H4219

Charter School Reimbursement

Mr. Oliveira of Ludlow moves to amend the bill by inserting the following two sections:

“SECTION XXXX. Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2021, is hereby amended in section 2, line item 7061-9010 by striking out the figures “$154,604,742” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$164,083,229.”

"SECTION XXXX. Said chapter 24, section 2, line item 7061-9010 is hereby further amended by inserting after “amount under this section” the following: “provided further that each municipality be funded at no less than 75 percent.”
