Amendment #511 to H4219
State Universities collective bargaining agreements authorization
Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:
“SECTION XXXX. The following salary adjustments and other economic benefits authorized by the collective bargaining agreements shall be effective for the purposes of section 7 of chapter 150E of the General Laws: (i) between the board of higher education and the Massachusetts State College Association, MTA-NEA; (ii) between the board of higher education and Association of Professional Administrators, MTA-NEA;”
