Everett High Risk Seniors

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, item 1599-2039, line 6, by inserting after the word “pandemic” the following: “provided further that not less than $3,500,000 shall be expended for a federally qualified community health center with a 24/7 satellite emergency facility licensed under 105 C.M.R. 130 to establish a health center site in the city of Everett for high-risk and low-income seniors to support COVID-19 pandemic recovery”; and in said item by striking the figures “$70,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$73,500,000”.
