Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2032, in line 177, by inserting after the word “Trust” the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $16,000,000 shall be expended for required wastewater discharge and outflow system upgrades to the regional wastewater treatment facility located in the town of Fairhaven which also serves the environmental justice populations within said town, provided that a match of local funds shall be required”; and in said item, in line 180, by striking out the figure “$100,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$116,000,000”.
