Community Space and Safety in Ballardvale

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-2030, in line 7, by inserting after “facilities” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $750,000 shall be expended for the town of Andover to improve community access and pedestrian and bicycle safety in the area of the fire station and playground in the Ballardvale section of town”.
