Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1599-2031, by inserting in line 156, after the word “Laws;” the following: “provided further, that EEA is directed to expend funds to expand air monitoring currently conducted at 170 Clinton Street, Brockton MA to maintain O3, PM2.5 air monitoring and expand testing to include VOC, CARBONYLS, SO, Pb, NO, NO2, NOx,PM10, Black Carbon, WD, WS, TEMP, RH, BP, SOLAR”
