Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in section 2A by inserting after item 1599-3004 the following “Provided further that not less than $50,000,000 for a statewide service to assist school districts with the immediate surge of COVID-related mental health issues among students including fights, suicide, and depression";
